Delete your account

You can contact our team about deleting an account and its associated data.

TESTAE has not launched. This website does not create accounts. If you have participated in testing, contact the team about any test account or personal data.

1. Write from the email address associated with your account.
2. Include the app name and ask to delete your account and its data.
3. The team will confirm your identity and explain the deletion scope and any required retention.

Do not include your password. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage any subscription through your store.
